みなさん、こんにちは。

春を迎える準備はできましたか？　さて、LLL SIGと言えばちょうど今にも咲かんかとしている桜のつぼみを思い出させてくれます。最初のミニ研究会が6月24日にテンプル大学で開催されます。LLLにとっては歴史的に大事なできごとです。必ず出席してくださいよ。さらに、5月のPan-SIGではLLLのことを大いに宣伝しますし、6月初旬のCALL大会、10月のILA大会でもLLLの存在をアピールします。そしてもちろん忘れてはならないのが東京代々木で11月に開催される2007年JALT大会です。これから数ヶ月はJALT大会に向けての準備に追われることになります。美しい桜の開花のようにみなさんが積極的にLLLの活動に手を差し伸べてくださることを期待しています。

Hello everyone,

I hope you are enjoying the warmer weather and preparing for the cherry blossoms. Speaking of which, I am proud to say that the LLL SIG kind of reminds me of a bud on a cherry tree that is about to blossom. We have our first mini-conference planned for June 24th at Temple University in Tokyo, yeah! Please be sure to attend as it will be a historical day for our organization! In addition, we will be busy spreading the word about LLL at the Pan-SIG conference to be held in May, at the CALL conference in the beginning of June, and again at the ILA conference in October. Last but not least, JALT2007 will be held in Tokyo in November of this year and in the coming months we will be planning for the LLL SIG forum and our presence at this national conference. Please feel free to ask how you can be an active member of a SIG that is like a beautiful cherry bud coming out in bloom.
