The LLL SIG Forum at JALT 2009
A Picture Book of Haiku in English: It grew and flourished
The LLL SIG is proud to announce that Ms. Tamiko Takatsuka (87) and Ms. Eiko Watanabe, author and illustrator of a picture book on haiku, will be guest speakers at this year's forum. Joining them will be their teacher, Ms. Sono Okabayashi, and together they will share their passion for English and how they used it to create a piece of art. Anyone interested in participating in this LLL forum is invited to join us.

The LLL SIG Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Following the forum (see above), the LLL SIG will hold its AGM at which there will be an election for SIG officers for the coming year, announcements, questions and answers, and an open discussion of SIG projects, plans and general affairs. Members and those interested in the SIG are invited to attend this meeting.
